Welcome. We are a gentle acupuncture clinic in downtown Portland and Lake Oswego. We believe in holistic health and wellness which is the integrated approach to health, fitness and wellness, which incorporates mind, body and soul – your total being. We believe that the body needs well balanced meals, good sleep and rest, exercise and mental well-being. If given the right tools, the body has an amazing capability of healing itself of just about anything.

What we have successfully treated
We have successfully treated PAIN including whiplash pain from auto accidents, migraines, tension headaches, throbbing headaches and blood deficiency headaches. Back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, and all other bodily pain. Anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, low sex drive, low energy, IBS or bad digestion. Gynecological issues including PMS, endometriosis, infertility, heavy/light, early and late periods, painful periods, no periods, breast tenderness, dizziness before or after periods and headaches around periods. Tinnitus (ears ringing), Irritability, arthritis, asthma, allergies, cold hands and feet, acne, eczema, rosacia and psoriasis, TMJ, painful heart (Angina) or lungs, painful and sore muscles from overuse or injury.
